The 1st month of summer break, at home! Finally!! :D House will always be my comfort zone. And travelling by flight during Ramadhan was a bit challenging. I managed to keep fasting for my flight from Prague to Dubai. But, Dubai was too hot that time, I can't survived and kept searching for water. And I was glad that my flight to Kuala Lumpur was at night and it was really nice to have sahuur on the flight with A LOT OF OTHER MALAYSIANS! :D
I sat near the window and there was a friendly uncle on the aisle's seat. He was very nice and excited to know more about Czech. He did travel from Dubai-KL frequently due to his job somewhere around UAE. I forgot the country, Iraq maybe?
I just want to say, I loved being called 'anak' by elder people. "Anak belajar mana?" Anak duduk mana?" Maybe it reminds me of my dad :)
Oh, kalau nak cuba minum something different - nah try Mango Lassi :D

My favourite month of the year :D
I spent the first 2 weeks in different cities. From Kota Bharu to Petaling Jaya for my friend's wedding, then back to Kota Bharu to finish my elective practical in HUSM. Living in Kota Bharu for 2 weeks was a nice experience and spending time with my friends' family was the best part. The funny part was when I always tend to use Perak dialect to speak with Kelantanese. Ouchhhh.
My first experience with domestic flights also happened last August. Firefly KB-Subang-KB, then AirAsia KB-KLIA2. I am looking forward for more flights from KLIA2 this upcoming 2016 :D
I read about tourism in North Korea and ended with a book entitled The Girl with Seven Names. Interesting book to know more on life in North Korea. :D

The highlight of this month was my first participation in Free Run! Hihihi. Excited!
And I spent time with my cousin in Penang :D I planned for this kind of holiday with her since last few years and finally it happened! We went for adventurous days hiking somewhere in the middle of hazy evening and also in Escape Park.
The end of September was the moment I need to return to Czech T_________T

The rest of month was full with classes, normal life.

Autumn was the best part of November :D
The weather was not that cold in November, I still managed to cycle to school everyday (even in December actually). Hehe.
12. December 2015
A busy month with so many things happened last few weeks. I managed to settle 2/4 my final exams. Went for a road trip to Bingen, Germany to spend time with Aisya. And continue with a road trip to Italy the next day after I arrived home from Bingen.
There will be few hours left for new year here. 2016. And we are leaving 2015 so soon. Really soon.
I read a lot of posts saying goodbye to 2015 and they shared many expressions of the whole year. Love to read that, and I feel grateful for all the challenges and good things I experienced this whole year. 2015 is a good one compared to 2014. But, maybe it is due to how I look forward to a great year from 2014. 2014 was a heavy year for me.
I am missing my home right now, trying to treat the homesick by listening to Alleycats's songs (my father's favourite), not to forget all PopYehYeh's musics without realizing tears start to flow. I miss them, I miss ayah, I miss mak, I miss abg long, I miss abgngah. I really wish I am by their sides right now, I have the instinct of they need me. T___T
And the things I can do is struggling to finish all exams as soon as possible and have an earlier summer break. It is too short to plan for winter break. Maybe I should finish Internal Medicine exam first before last Christmas break. But... things happen for reasons.
Be strong.
Anyway, let's reminisce my highlight of memories of 2015 :)
1. January 2015
This month was the one I kind of active with blogs, but it was a bit reduced through out the year. Haha.

Our very first long distance road trip. Blame my laziness of not finishing the blog posts on that T_T Soorryyy. Anyway, I would love to emphasize if you have the chances or opportunities to drive in Romania, do it. Driving in Europe is not that hard as what I thought in the past. As long you know how to drive manual cars and not to get panic, you are going to be really fine :)
2. February 2015
February is usually the starting month of summer semester here :) It was the first time I learned about psychiatry in which disorders in this field have a lot of stigma to the society and even people are prejudice to the patients. Even myself. To learn about differences of personality disorder, you can just diagnose people around you and even yourself. To learn about why people with depression commit suicide, sometimes we need to remind ourselves that they are sick and we should treat them differently.
To some extents, I agree that all people have symptoms of depression but it depends on how people managed it so that it will not affect daily life.
3. March 2015
The best event that I experienced this month was watching the solar eclipse :)
I relearned about the basic concept of the eclipse and leap year. Do you know that 2016 will be the next leap year? :D I always wonder how people born on 29th February count their age. Hehe.

And it happened a day before my Jelajah Balkan's trip. T_T It was the time I try to appreciate the nature without being so eager to take a lot of photos. I did photographed a lot though, just I think I enjoyed more with my own eyes and spectacles. ^_^
5. May 2015
Middle of spring. And you can expect the flowers and colorful days :D It was my first time to be in the middle of rapeseed field, beautiful one.
And because of the Grads Night, I had the chance to eat lots of Malaysian foods - sold for the fundraising events :D Sateeeee ayammmm sedap!!
6. June 2015
Last Ramadhan was my 3rd one in Czech. And just few days before Ramadhan, I went for a Europe trip with my beloved parents! :D It was the greatest memories of the year and in my life as well.
It is always in my bucket list to spend time with them somewhere, or specifically overseas. And being the travel planner for them, I love this task so much.

Well, I guess 2015 is the continuation year of my study on human. I learned more about friendship, how to reduce my ego, how to accept others' opinions and ways with my whole heart. :)

Tips Memandu di Autobahn Germany

Autobahn ni rupa dia sama je macam highway Malaysia tuu, cuma yang bestnya, takde toll, tak payah beli Vignette, jalan cantik.
Ni nak share few tips untuk memandu kat Autobahn ni :D
Tips #1 - Make sure petrol/diesel bukan kat level warning!
Kalau dah rasa petrol/diesel dalam kereta tu dah nak tinggal sikit sangat, sila lah isi secepat mungkin. Saya tak tahulah sama ada betul atau tak, tapi rasa macam jauh jugaklah jarak antara dua stesen minyak. Jangan sampai kereta mati atas jalan sebab takde minyak, hari tu ada baca yang kisah macam ni boleh kena saman nanti.

Nak isi minyak kat Europe ni, korang isi dulu minyak pastu baru bayar. Make sure check kereta / kereta sewa korang pakai petrol ataupun diesel okay, jangan tersilap isi. Rate harga, memang tutup mata lah untuk tak compare dengan Malaysia. Harga diesel dalam 1.20 Euro/l, tapi harga minyak kat sini memang fluctuate tiap2 hari. even setiap petrol station pun ada rate berbeza. Paling murah jumpa masa kat Bingen, diesel 0.99 Euro/l. :D
Tips #2 - Pilih tandas kat stesen minyak
Masa kat autobahn ni, singgah lah few R&R (Rastst?tte) - untuk rehatkan kereta & ke tandas. Terpegun kejap dengan tandas kat stesen minyak tu. Haha, semua benda automatik. Dari nak flush toilet, sampai nak bersihkan mangkuk tandas, tempat keluar sabun, tempat keluar tisu sampailahhhh hand sanitizer. Semuanya style halakan tangan je kat sensor, kira takyah sentuh apa2 lah. Hygienic sungguh :)
Cumanya kena bayar lah. Haha 0.70 Euro untuk sekali masuk, tapi jap japppp, bayaran untuk tandas tu sebenarnya 0.20 Euro, lagi 0.50 Euro tu jadi kupon untuk diskaun nak beli secawan kopi ke, kat petrol station tu. Rasanya boleh cover untuk petrol/diesel sekali.
Pilih R&R yang ada petrol station kalau nak guna tandas yang selesa & berbayar. Kalau tak, boleh je singgah mana-mana kawasan rehat yang ada parking (Rastplatz) & tandas je. Cumanya, tandas tu tak dijamin bersih taw. T_T

Tips #3 - Speed limit
Walaupun dikatakan Autobahn ni takde speed limit, tapi sebenarnya ada taw. Alert je dengan signboard speed limit ni. Biasanya GPS ada tunjuk speed limit tu :) Untuk kawasan yang takde speed limit, speed yang recommended ialah 130km/h.
Kalau rasa taknak memotong takpun nak maintain steady je laju gitu, stay kat lane paling kanan okay (opposite dengan Malaysia). Sesi potong memotong semuanya belah kiri. Dah habis potong, masuk lah kanan balik. Haha nanti ada yang duk highbeam kat korang.

Tips #4 - Alert dengan exit
Sepanjang drive kat autobahn ni masa tengah malam, selalu confuse jalan besar dengan simpang keluar. Kadang2 simpang keluarnya straight padahal jalan besarnya ada corner sikit. T___T

Dah seminggu dah, lepas balik dari lepak-lepak dengan Aisya kat Bingen.

Amboi, jauh betul lepaknya. Hradec Kralove, Czech ke Bingen, Germany. :D Memang jauhhhh, tapi sebab dah lama simpan hasrat nak jejak Bingen ni, try jugak tunaikan. Tapi masa2 sebelum ni betul la tak sesuai. Dah tu, selesaikan exam dulu baru plan ke sana. So, sempena mula je cuti Krismas ni, ke Bingen lah kita :D
Bingen ye, bukan Bergen. Haha kadang2 saya pun confuse kejap. Bergen ni letaknya kat Norway.
Alhamdulillah, saya & kawan-kawan buat roadtrip ke Bingen. Hehe, asalnya nak naik train berdua je, tapi bila tahu ada kawan teringin nak pergi Christmas Market kat Dresden, jadinya ajak diorang sekali. Hehe, christmas market kat Dresden ni memang famous untuk budak2 Malaysia kat Czech ni, tak tahu kenapa sebabnya saya tak sampai lagi. -_-' Cumanya, sekarang ni kena hati-hati lebih bila ke Dresden, sebab Germany belah timur ni ada anti2 Islam.
Christmas market ni, korang bayangkan ala-ala pasar malam kita tu lah. Cuma sini lain sikit lah suasana dia. Ada banyak makanan (biasanya local food, part ni yang best!), siap ada yang jual daging2, sosej semua, cuma buah sayur diorang Western style lah sikit - berries camtu dan ada yang dijual siap bersalut coklat, gula etc.

First time jugak drive kat Autobahn yang famous dengan takde speed limitnya. Kereta Skoda Octavia ni pulak jenis tegap, berat - memang tak sedar bila masa speed lebih 160km/j pun. Tapi, actually kat autobahn ni ada je speed limit, kena alert dgn notis sepanjang jalan tuu. Biasanya kat mana-mana simpang keluar, ada je warning 110km/j camtu. Alhamdulillah, masa ke Bingen ni, kereta tak banyak sangat, so, okay je lah drive tu. ;)
Sempat singgah Nuremberg jugak, pit stop kitorang sebelum jejak Bingen, saja nak bagi kereta rehat jap sambil melawat kawasan. Ingat nak pergi Christmas market jugak tapi tak sempat nak cari lokasi punnn.

Sampai Bingen nak dekat pukul 9 malam camtu, memang dah lewat malam kalau ikut cara hidup orang sini. Kelakar bila ingat balik, kitorang drive 2 kali ulang alik depan rumah Aisya sebab tak nampak nombor rumah. Aisya perasan rupanya, masa kitorg tengah cuba nak parking, tetiba dah ada Aisya kat depan pagar rumah. Nak parking, mula2 nak try je parking sendiri tapi last2 Cik Juwaily yang kena tolong. T____T Hahaha, thank you.
Aisya ni comel sangattttt, banyak betul benda dia bercerita and I enjoyed that so much!! And she is just being herself lebih kurang sama macam dalam blog. Cute couple sangattttt Aisya & Zu! Saya memang lambat betul nak tukar panggilan Cik Juwaily dengan nama betul. -_-'. Dapat kenal dgn Kak Atie jugak, kitorang tidur bilik Kak Atie je masa lepak sini. :D Di kala dia tengah siapkan thesis, kitorang membising dalam bilik. Thank you laa bersabar dengan kitorg.
Trip kali ni memang kena dengan nama Trip Makan & Bersosial! Tak sempat nak lapar sangat pun, ada je makanan yang muncul. Aisya siapkan makanan sedap sedap semuanya. :D Fuhhh, terasa-rasa lagi nasi beriyani, mee bandung/kari Bingen :D

Live dari library. Ye, kena study, Khamis ni ada satu lagi exam final. Cuma kat sini takde study week semua tu, kelas macam biasa, final exam pun ada jugak. Kena pandai2 susun masa nak fokus masa kelas, nak ponteng mana-mana kelas etc. Opsss.
Final exam kat sini pelik sikit sistem dia. Haha, nanti nanti lah cerita part tu.
Sekarang ni tengah rotation O&G, yang department ni saya dah lama tak sabar nak masuk dari 1st year. Dan sampai jugak akhirnya :) Nampak susah, tapi I feel glad meeting all these women. Dari teenagers yg ada masalah menstruation, teenagers yang pregnant, makcik-makcik yang ada masalah dalam sistem genital dia, mak-mak bersalin, team neonatal :D Happy. Setakat ni lah ^_^
Hari ni ikut doktor yang jaga outpatient, so jumpa lah dalam 7 patients yang ada pelbagai sebab untuk datang hospital. Dan 7 kali jugak lah, tengok doktor buat transvaginal ultrasound. Awkward jugak pada awalnya sebab patients sini memang 'open'. Seriously 'open'. Lain adat, lain budaya, lain agama - itu faktor utama kot. Cuma advantage kat students sebab takde restriction sangat untuk examine patients. Biasanya patients akan okay je lah untuk kita examine from top to bottom :)
Bila buat transvaginal ultrasound ni, biasanya aim untuk tengok part2 sekitar vagina ni. Uterus (rahim), ovari, cervix, bladder, rectum etc. Boleh guna untuk tengok berapa umur kandungan untuk 1st trimester. Boleh guna untuk tengok ada apa2 ketulan / ketumbuhan kat rahim.
The best moment, bila tengok baby 11 minggu bergerak2, dan memang terpancar la muka excited mak ayah tu bila doktor bagitahu saiz baby sekian-sekian, ni kepala, kaki, tangan etc. Saya ni pun happy sangat tengok baby dalam skrin mesin ultrasound tu, apatah lagi mak ayahnya kan :D
The baby is so small dalam 3.2cm camtu (CRL - crown-rump length = ukuran dari kepala ke punggung). Grow well, baby. :) The mother lahir 1993 kot, terus rasa tua T_____T

Sampai sekarang, masih terbayang-bayang baby tu bergerak2. :D Comel! Walaupun takde rupa lagi, tapi still comel lah :D
It makes my day happier. Dan habis kelas, terus cycling ke library. Dan sepanjang perjalanan tu, rasa nak senyum je dan entah kenapa ramai betul yang senyum balik. Bila ucap dobry den (good day) dapat balasan, lagi rasa nak senyum.
Anyway, doakan ye saya & kawan-kawan nak exam ni ea.
